The apartment has both a family bedroom [double and single bed] and a twin bedroom. The accommodation sleeps four people or five people by arrangement with the owner.

The very spacious living-room /dining room with its two south east facing windows has comfortable and quality furniture, a large screen TV plus DVD, SKY and a stereo. The dining area has a table which can seat a maximum of six.

Modern double glazing and gas central heating, gives it a distinct air of comfort and relaxation.

THE FAMILY BEDROOM

The main and very spacious family room of the house has an open outlook onto the garden and trees.

The room has quality Stag bedroom furniture and a very large mirrored built in wardrobe with masses of storage space.

Both the double and single beds have comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to help give you a restful sleep after a perhaps busy day.

BEDROOM No 2

The 2nd bedroom has two very comfortable single beds, a large built in mirrored wardrobe with lots of storage space plus other bedroom furniture. A comfortable bedroom which faces West making it lightsome.

THE KITCHEN

The apartment has a fully equipped, modern and easy to use kitchen with a lot of worktop area and large pantry. It has an electric oven and gas hob cooker ~ Microwave oven ~ Dishwasher ~ Washing machine ~ Fridge/freezer ~ Food processor etc.

Ironing and drying facilities are supplied, and you have a choice of indoor drying racks or the drying green outside in the shared garden area.

The bathroom is modern like the rest of the house, and it has a shower cabinet with an easy to use Mira shower.

A generous amount of personal towels are supplied for your stay, and we supply all bed linen and kitchen tea towels.

At the bottom of the shared grassy area, used as a drying green , is your private and high fenced garden. It has a patio, garden furniture, and BBQ plus a fixed canopy for those hot days. A stream [brook] flows past at the foot of this private garden and is home to many visiting birds.

To help relax you on your arrival you will find our welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and some biscuits.
